Through this experience, you are able to observe up close the preparations of the tuna auction. There is also a chance to talk to the wholesalers and staff who participate in the auction if interested! The tuna auction is held in the order of live fish, fresh fish, and frozen tuna. After observing the tuna auction, you will have a special sushi breakfast at a restaurant in the building next door, which opens just for this experience. They will offer fresh sushi and tempura.
