Nagano to Hakuba direct bus: about 1 hour 20 minutes

Most Convenient with No Transfers: Direct JR Train
Shinjuku to Hakuba direct JR train: One round trip per day. Departure from Shinjuku is at 8 AM, and from Hakuba is at 3 PM. The journey takes about 3 hours 50 minutes.
